HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT:

USE DRY (for regular pigmentation)
• Use the Spoolie to comb your brows before application.
• Outline your eyebrow.
• Apply to brows directly to precisely fill in, define and add color.
• Beginning at the brow’s inner corner, use light feathery strokes and follow the arch to the defined shape and fill towards the end of your brow’s.
• After filling in, use the spoolie to soften up the lines for a more natural look.
• Brush through brows for a finished look.
USE WET (for thicker and darker pigmentation): Soak the tip of the pencil in a little amount of water
