At Makeup Empire, your satisfaction is our guarantee.

we always double-check the products, and pack the shipment with utmost care. But the journey of the product can vary from our warehouse to your address. In cases like this the products are eligible for return, if the a request is raised within 24 hours window.
Based on the information provided, customer care team will contact you within 3-4 business days with the best possible solutions.

NOTE:
COLOUR DISPLAY : The colors of the products displayed on the website have been correctly represented to the best of our ability. We cannot, however, guarantee that your monitor will accurately display colors as they are.

PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
● Wrong Product
● Dead Product (product not working)
● Damaged Product (physical Damage to the product and not the box)

WRONG PRODUCT:
● If you have received an incorrect product(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items within.

DEAD PRODUCT:
● If the received product does not work and happens to be a dead product, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items within.
● Get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the package by contacting us at +918291402580 or you can also send us an email at accounts@makeupempire.in with a subject line “DEAD PRODUCT”, explain the issue, and attach a video of product application on your arm.
● This will enable us to better comprehend the problem and take the necessary steps.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:
● Please check the carton for any possible shipping damage when your order is delivered. It is typical for the shipping carton to have some wear and tear, but if the item(s) in your shipment were damaged, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items within.
● Get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the package by contacting us at +918291402580 or you can also send us an email at accounts@makeupempire.in with a subject line “DAMAGED PRODUCT”, explain the issue, and attach photographs.
● This will enable us to better comprehend the problem and take the necessary steps.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
● Upon receiving the initial e-mail, the customer care team will provide a pre-paid return label.
● PRINT IT: Kindly print the label and follow the steps mentioned in the e-mail which are completing the Return Merchandise/Exchange section on the back of the invoice included with your order.
● PACK IT: Carefully pack items into the box and along with the completed invoice. Seal
the box and glue the label to the outside.
● SHIP IT: Take the package to ______ location or request a pickup by contacting ____ at
________ (subject to ____ fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.
NOTE: Please ensure all items that you return are unused with all of its tags on. Items that are returned in an unsellable state won’t be accepted.

REPLACEMENT:
You will receive a product replacement only under circumstances where you happen to have been delivered a “WRONG PRODUCT” and/or a “DAMAGED PRODUCT”
Only once you have received a confirmation by email from us will the product be taken into consideration for replacement.
REFUND:
If the initial e-mail has a video evidence in case of a “DEAD PRODUCT” then you will directly be eligible for a refund. The process will begin only after you receive an “your refund has been approved and is now under process” from our customer care team.
In the event of a “DEAD PRODUCT,” you will automatically be eligible for a refund if the initial e-mail included video evidence. The procedure will start only once you have been notified by our customer care team that your refund has been granted and is currently being processed. We will update you with an email upon receiving the returned item. Only after carefully examining it, the acceptance or denial of your requested refund will be communicated to you by our customer care team.
Within 15 working days after the decision, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or PayPal account (depending on how you originally paid for the item). Please be aware that it can take your financial institution five business days to reflect any
credits when returning internet purchases. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable in all circumstances; they are only reimbursed when things are delivered incorrectly, dead, or damaged. Please get in touch with customer service if you have any inquiries regarding your return.

NOTE: Gift cards are non-refundable.
