NOTE: Wrong, Dead and Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours from the delivery date accompanied with images & video of the product & product box (through email).
CONDITIONS OF RETURN: Please ensure all items returned are unused with all tags still attached. Any items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
NOTE: COLOUR DISPLAY: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account (whichever form of payment you used for the original purchase, within 15 working days
For returns please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. It can take up to 15 days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
When returning online purchases please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately five business days to reflect any credits. Original shipping and handling costs will be refundable only on the delivery of wrong/dead/damaged products, rest cases it will be non-refundable.
