PRODUCTS LIABLE FOR RETURN:

  • Wrong Product
  • Dead Product (Product Not Working)
  • Damaged Product (Physically Damaged)

 

WRONG PRODUCT:

  • If you have received the wrong product(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately at contactus@makeupempire.in

 

 

DEAD PRODUCT:

  • If the product you have received in your shipment turns out to be a dead product, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately at contactus@makeupempire.in

 

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

  • When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, & tear, however, if damage occurred to the product(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately at contactus@makeupempire.in

 

NOTE: Wrong, Dead and Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours from the delivery date accompanied with images & video of the product & product box (through email).

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN: Please ensure all items returned are unused with all tags still attached. Any items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

 

 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

    Our Online Service Team will provide a pre-paid return label via email
  • Print It
    Print the label from your email. Complete the Return Merchandise/Exchange section on the back of the invoice included with your order.
  • Pack It
    Carefully pack items into the box and include the completed invoice. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
  • Ship It
    Take the package to ______ location or request a pickup by contacting ____ at ________ (subject to ____ fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.

 

NOTE: COLOUR DISPLAY: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.  

 

REPLACEMENT:

  • Your merchandise will be replaced only if the order is wrongly delivered or if the material is damaged, provided the problem has been informed to us via email (contactus@makeupempire.in) within 24hrs after receipt of the product. Also, note that the product will be considered for replacement only after you have received a confirmation from us by email.

REFUND:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account (whichever form of payment you used for the original purchase, within 15 working days

For returns please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. It can take up to 15 days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

When returning online purchases please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately five business days to reflect any credits. Original shipping and handling costs will be refundable only on the delivery of wrong/dead/damaged products, rest cases it will be non-refundable.
